Heading to our timeshare at LaPlage on October 8 and wondering if there'll still be cranes up around the Sonesta. A recent review of the Sonesta Maho on another site, from someone who visited back on July 10, mentioned cranes at the building. Not thrilled about the idea of heavy equipment right next door during our stay. Bad enough that LaPlage is renovating their own pool from Aug 25 to Oct 8. With "island time," I have a feeling neither locale will be free of construction equipment by October.
