Or you can fly tourist class for probably half the price of first class straight into EIS avoid the ferry.
Seems you get to choose which is most unpleasant - (a) double the cost, or (b) the ferry vs. tourist class.
Life's short - sail more!

Lcrich said: May, 2016 DFW to EIS First class $1,239. Oct., 2016 same route $2,080. That's just crazy!! As much as we like coming into EIS, guess we will have to come into STT which is 1/2 the price. I know this has been covered a million times but I'm 60 now and can't remember a thing. What is the best water taxi from STT to Tortola? Thanks all! Using ITA Matrix I found 1st class flights from DFW to EIS for as low as $1,211 up to $1,439. That covers the whole month. I would look there for your dates.

If you Travel a couple of times a year, you can get the cape air commuter book for $400 round trip. (10 one way tickets at $200 each). I actually have some extra good for a year, feel free to PM me if interested.
We've never had a problem having the two flights separate. It just means getting your bags and checking back in.

Just bought tickets from EWR (Newark) to STT for $275/rt in Oct Best prices in years. Delta going down AA coming back. EWR was much cheaper than JFK and parking is $4.75/day. All around good deal. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />
