OP caribbeanscout Traveler Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 3,513 new york, new york	the roasted tomatoes make the recipe. and this recipe turned out to be a winner for the office potluck, not only for taste but for presentation. it didn't dawn on me while preparing it, but someone pointed out that the colors are representative of christmas.
