... and it was UNBELIEVABLE. not sure when or how my love of lobster began, but as of recent (maybe a few years ago) i find myself having cravings for it. well, i stumbled upon some lobster tails from bahamas while out shopping the other day and although i'd never prepared it i figured it'd be relatively easy. it was very simple, hardest part being cutting the lobster tails lengthwise, which i had someone do for me. so here is the recipe i used. no photo because i wasn't sure how much i'd like the recipe, since it was my first attempt... a special dinner for christmas to say the least.

I made boneless duck for me and one of my grandsons and it was FABULOUS! The duck was so tender you could have cut it with a fork. Fortunately, there's a little left over for me tonight!! I made lobster fettucine alfredo. I just used a basic alfredo recipe and added the lobster. It was soooooo good!

I know, we all stuffed ourselves and still had 2 whole tails. We started with 10 whole tails for 9 people. Most of the girls ate 1/2 of a tail, most of the guys ate 1 tail.
