We can't get the local weather radar which is out of Puerto Rico. My Weather Underground app showed clear skies this morning as it was pouring rain. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

Seems pretty bad that there isn't some sort of redundancy.. Hope that site as high security - could be a good terrorist target. Hit one spot and take out power over the whole island.

Most of the electric returned in 18 hours and the rest within 30 hrs.
There was a breakdown at a major plant.
