What happened to this site for days?

Incredibly painful few days for us. Our internet service provider had a major outage, which they initially told us for a couple of days that it was OUR equipment, which it never was. Finally they got it fixed this morning, just now... Keep calm and carry on..

There is a reward for the person on the backhoe who dug up the line.

Finally in the last half hour the error lights finally cleared on the internet access card.
