Just saw this place, O'Last on OBeach. Has anyone tried it? I think they just opened. Looks like they are in the new buildings and have the green umbrellas.

Haven't tried it, but they are in the first building where Andy & Cheryl were located. Nice new green cushioned lounges and umbrellas. I heard the owners are French.
