Did they merge with someone? I have an unlocked AT&T smart phone and usually just slide my Chippie SIMM into it for SXM. Have been trying to contact Chippie but phones and email aren't working and their website is not working properly. Anybody know what's going on or who I should contact??? Thx.

Did you make sure your apn setting is "premium"? Without the quotes.
