Hi, I own week 49 at Sapphire and haven't been back in years. I can't make week 49 this year, I called and called and finally got thru a couple weeks ago- the lady said I could switch for non peak time and come end of April, but I have to email them and I lost address. Being that week 49 is coming up I need to get this taken care of asap, does anyone know of good contact info for Sapphire? That I can actually get through with good communication? I appreciate any help thank you! :
