Anybody have any experience flying these guys. Kayak shows them flying from Miami to SXM via SDQ (santo Domingo, DR) with about a 1 hour layover each way. For $263 round trip for dates in feb, April and may.

I never heard of them, but sounds like they were a subsidiary of the old Pan Am.

They have a connection to Pan American Airways which was around from 1996-1998. They have no connection to Pan American World Airways which is the Pan Am I believe you are thinking of.
