Manpot Traveler Joined: May 2002 Posts: 17,037 Tortola/ Sonoma, California	Truly horrible and tragic...we had a lot of rain down here and that seems to have dislodged some big rocks and boulders..the house at the very west end of Apple Bay, formerly owned by Dave Karlson.has had two HUGE boulders come down on its patio. The house is empty and for sale but one of those boulders had to weigh over 2,000 pounds. Fortunately we have no slide problems in the rest of our " lane"..Be careful out there..

Think this place will go cheap, though, as its in very poor condition but includes much of the land up to the point. I know of one construction guy who's been looking at it with interest..may be some legal wrangles too involved.
