Got some HUGE shrimp that I'm going to do some grilled marinated shrimp with veggies, and some brown rice. Will let everyone know how it turned out..

My husband loves scrapple, not to my taste but to each his own.

My Thai sister-in-law is here -- we had homemade, from-scratch egg rolls. There were more plans but we ate so many no one wanted anything else to eat.

Shrimp were good. Marinated them in olive oil, hot sauce, lime, cilantro, oregano, old bay, s & p, a bit of tomato paste. Cooked onions and peppers on the grill also. We're having leftovers tonight!
