Just looked at the Perch Cam (10:35am CST), and it appears the flag pole is leaning a little toward the water. I hope it isn't, and it is just the "fisheye" effect of the camera lens.

Thought the same, but looking at the horizon the pole is perpendicular to it, so its just the camera.
