We're going to be in SXM on Feb 18 (can't wait) and have seen some previous posts regarding Orange Fever restaurant. Last year (as most of us know) Orient Beach was simply a mess as major changes took place!
Where is Orange Fever located? Is it near Pedros or is it way north (north of La Playa)? Any information we can get will be appreciated.

Hi, the 8 rebuilt resto's are still in the same place, 6 of the eight stayed, 2 have been taken over by? - I just posted looking for the info on those 2
But, to answer your Q
Starting just north of Pedro's, they are
The old Cheryl's - do not know the new name
Brothers - don't hear much about this place, the owner is Monique, local guy and super nice [wife runs the kitchene]
Chez Leandra - want to try the curry this yr
WasEthnic, now I think it's Pirates? - no info
Good Time Charlies - bar only is in the middle
Orange Fever - also a fave
Sun Beach
Alohoa
Le String

Spinkled amongst are various stores / booths ie Luiz,Adam and Eve and ?

The last bar before Pedro's is O' Last. I believe that the owner of Pirates was also the owner of Ethnic. He had someone else operating Ethnic.

Anyone know if the folks from Ethnic are operating anything on the island? It was one of our favorites.

I would like to know the answer to that as well. Phillipe and Eve provided great food and friendly service. We miss them.

Still great food, great service! They had a curry chicken pineapple salad served in a half pineapple shell that was great & their pizza & very light cheesecake with mango sauce,& their house rum. All great! Lots of chairs out front with the new building.

I ran into Phillipe and Eve at Coco beach in November.

When I talked to Phillipe he told me he was working at Karibouni on Pinel.

Eve had been at Coco Beach for a while last year but in November she was out of the restaurant business and working with little chidren. I didn't get the details on what Eve was doing.

Orange Fever has always been one of our favorites. The pizza is always good and the last few times I've been there I've had a salad with grouper on top that was delicious. I would definitely recommend Orange Fever.
