That and bourbon beans for us. Also burnt hot dog from tradition, the only question is what mustard to use. Maybe I should spike a watermelon. Already have some local strawberries.

Burgers, dogs (and yes Jim, they need to be burnt), potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, fresh home grown tomatoes, grilled artichoke hearts, and fresh corn from Pungo (the corn just came in). My mouth is watering, not sure if I can wait until tomorrow. First, early morning fishing on the Chesapeake Bay, then back to the house for the pool and a cook out with family and friends. Doesn't get much better than this.

Roasted pork butt, burgers and dogs for the kids, fresh corn (CSA box!), cole slaw, macaroni salad, tomatoes from the garden, and homemade beer from the BIL.

Just returned from the islands to a very grey and very wet Florida. Since we're not entertaining today, we're having pork chops, artichokes and apple turnovers for dinner tonight. But, to stick to tradition, we'll have (unburnt) hot dogs for lunch while watching the PGA Tour AT&T National golf tournament. The hot dogs will be more exciting as none of our favorite players are playing and Tiger is playing very poorly.

For dessert we marinated split Peaches in Brandy, Brown Sugar & Cinnamon for 1/2 an hour... grilled them for 5-6 minutes on each side... then put Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top! It was a HUGE hit!
