No, north side of Tortola is just too exposed except for Cane Garden Bay.
Life involves risks, take some prudent ones (NOT with the BVI ferries)!

Hi Suz, we've anchored there. We were chartered on a 44' Lagoon and joined a crusing couple in 42' c&c. Late April and very calm. I'd say it's very condition dependent but in calm conditions has great holding. You may also find your charter company may X it out. Most do not let you anchor there.
