What do rental cars and Aetna ice cream have in common?? Everyone has an opinion as to what's best, yet there is no right answer.
That said, who'd like to put forth their suggestion(s) for their favorite Aetna flavors?

Without a doubt, Rhum Raisin for us but the Cocoanut is a close second. Coconut is my favorite but couldn't find it in February. I had to settle for chocolate my second favorite.

Rhum Raisin followed by Orange Pineapple. Hubby likes Pistachio.

No doubt my favorite Etna ice cream is Cookies and Cream! It was unavailable for my December 2016 visit, need to have it during my June 2017 visit!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />
