I'm not sure what the status is of Happy Bay at the moment. They had that techie music concert there and the last I knew they had built a bunch of structures for that. I assume, without knowing, that they brought in porta-potties for that concert and that they are now gone. I don't know whether the other structures are also still there or not.

Could be wrong but aside from the portapotties Carol mentioned, and since it's been a while since we ventured to HB, my best guess is the nearest real bathrooms would probably be found at Friars Bay but I believe those bathrooms are for patrons of the restaurants.
