Hi all...question...can potato flour be subsituted for potato starch? I got conflicting answers on the web and I'm really not sure.

Not according to this info. I have never made this substitution, but one is much heavier than the other.

Thanks, Elizabeth. I did see both 'yes' and 'no' when I searched. I made a different recipe instead.
