There is not even a dock in White Bay so no. You can however easily get a shore based taxi or even walk it. In the summer it's a warm walk! G

I personally am a huge fan of walking that route. It's an extremely rewarding 20 minute walk. Ditto. It's a hike up...and down...hill each way. But burns some calories/painkillers off...
