I know that there used to be a running closure list on this forum to know who closed for August/September and when they were closed. Can anyone point me in the direction of a current list? We are considering a last minute trip in mid-August and I want to be sure that we don't choose the wrong dates.

170+ views. Does anyone have any ideas on when things are closing down or who stays open? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Are you sailing or land-based?

Sailing. Just trying to figure out what may be closed and if we should try to book earlier or are ok to go mid-August.

Check the dates of " Festival". We have sailed into August several times and as the Festival celebrations wind down, the number of closings go up.

We do not generally eat on shore so cannot give you specifics. But after Festival there will be many closings. The plus side is that there are fewer boats.

After looking online, it appears that the festival ends on August 12. That was our projected start date. I'm wondering if we need to try to get down earlier.
