Returned Sept 5th from 9-day trip on Charisma from BVIYachtCharters. Our 5-days after Earl were great -- Here are some of our observations:
The places planning to stay open are reopened/reopening. Soggy dollar is up and running, Seddys is working on it -- Did not get down to Ivans; Leverick Bay was serving drinks and food at the beach bar the day after Earl(we were their first customers -- thanks to Nick and Monica who took time from their busy schedule to chat with us!);Peter Island resort bar is back up (we opened them up as well!).
All of the ATON's we encountered after Earl are still in place including White Bay JVD western entrance.

Mooring balls (overnight as well as National parks) seemed to be as we remembered them at White bay jvd, little JVD,Monkey Point, the Dogs, Leverick Bay, Manchioneel Bay Cooper Is, The Bight, Soldier Bay Norman IS, The Indians -- did not get up to Anegada

The snorkelling was hit-or-miss -- Monkey Point water was the consistency of whole milk with 1-foot vis, Key Bay was phenomenal as were Cistern Point and Diamond Reef.

A lot of flotsom and jetsom in the waters, but no trouble with fouling water intakes nor submerged structures (?lucky)

All-in-all everyone we saw and visited were hurt but recovering quickly.

Planning our return January!
