Connected JB/Seabourne for our recent BOS/St. Kitts flight. Prop planes with VERY little room for carry on...VERY......but otherwise an uneventful flight. Maybe a capacity of around 30...
I think our connection to SXM was 50 minutes and had no issues

TravelHat said: They did, it used to be our go to flight. Maybe the OP isn't going to SXM? Seaborne Airlines is a partner airline with Jetblue and they sell seats on Seaborne's SJU-SXM route. The prices they charge are not as good as when Jetblue operated the route. Jetblue will even sell you a seat on Cape Air to British Virgin Islands from San Juan and connect you there to SXM on Liat, if you want to pay the prices they are asking.
