None nude, unless want to risk the smaller beaches on the opposite end of the island where going into the water may mean life or death - topless yes, at the private island at the Renaissance Aruba resort, free to guests.

We haven't been there for a few years, but there used to be a lot of topless use at Manchebo Beach Resort.
