My favorite view in St. Maarten is the view from our balcony at our Towers timeshare.

Don't laugh - We are high enough and situated in such a way that from our main balcony off the living room we can see the front part of the Mullet golf course to the Mullet Bay Beach area and beyond all the way to to Saba with all the boats and yachts and the occasional cruise ships that sail the waters in between. By turning just a bit we can watch the planes land and take off into the clouds at PJIA along with the cars crossing over the causeway and at the same time we can see them going up 'over the hill' and we're not done yet.

We can look down on the Mullet golf course and Mullet Pond with Mona Island or look out and up and see the French hills and all the different communication towers in the distance, and at the same time we can look out in the opposite direction and see all the way from the starkly white and red tile roofed buildings of Point Pirouette and beyond to the Nettle Bay/Sandy Ground area along with a quick glimpse of the Tower at the old La Belle Creole Resort and as far as out to Grand Case and Creole Rock.

And finally, on a clear day we can see the sun glinting in the windshields of the cars moving around on Anguilla in the distance. And at night all of these areas are even more dramatic.

It's really an al out all-encompassing location that offers so much to be seen - it's no wonder we appreciate the times we choose to spend on our balcony. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

a) From Paradise View, enjoying breakfast.
b) From Club Fantistico

I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.

Our fav is from the patio of the condo we rent at the Villas at Simpson Bay resort. We are looking over to the draw bridge, mega yachts, the airport,Kimsah beach, the water activity below and just a beautiful st martin. The patio is private so you can get a little private sunning in also!!

I also love the view from my timeshare...but...the most scenic view is coming from Pburg....turning the bend in the road...by the former BethEl place looking towards the airport and the lagoon.... LOVE THAT VIEW!!!

We too love the view from Paradise view. Even better with a crepe filled with fruit and a scoop of ice cream on top.

Having had that exact room and exact view last year, Pat is 100% correct. It's a fabulous view.

Ours is on our terrace in pelican key. We face the sunset, we can see the planes taking off and landing, and also see the cruise ships coming in early in the morning, and then leaving with those beautiful lights at night leaving. But most of all a view of the ocean... Oh and regatta, all the sails in the water... Just wonderful. Have to go nowhere just sit on our terrace...

Our favorite view is from our deck at the Atrium overlooking Kim Sha and all the boats. Sunsets from there are amazing. Having coffee early morning and the view is breath taking.

That's right - you stayed there a trip or two back. It really is a gorgeous view and if the main balcony all by itself doesn't do it for you, you can always step out on the master bedroom porch and look out to the ocean, and beyond the med school building and up towards Starz....... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

because we live in the state of Washington we see so
much beautiful scenery and certainly SXM has great scenery as well, but for us the most scenic spot on SXM is from the front row on Club O beach!! It's what we come to SXM for. Can't beat it for so many reasons!!

C11A balcony at SBRM - view of sunset and open sea through side window; view of Simpson Bay, Kim Sha Beach, the bridge, the lagoon from center. The Villas do block some of view of Kim Sha, but when you sit back in your chair cannot see the building - we are high enough to look over the Villas.

We used to own C14 A&B so I know the view you are talking about. It was always a great view. Sadly I gave them up when the AMF got out of control. I am glad it works for you.

The view from the balcony of #304 at La Vista Beach! The sky turning pinkish and brightening to blue in the morning with my coffee, and the drop-dead gorgeous sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine. Cruise ships arriving and departing, and catamarans filled with tourists heading out for a day of fun. Oh, and the one time we were lucky enough to be there for Heineken Regatta, watching hundreds of sailboats whoosh by in front of us was priceless!

We love the view from Paradise View. And of course, the view of Orient bay from our studio in Mt. Vernon.

Ken W-GREAT PHOTO! I suspect that wasn't taken with a phone?

Hard to pick just one but driving over the backside of the hill near Divi and overlooking Great Bay and the blue waters and cruise ships rolled into one. The other spot is driving out of Oyster Pond looking at Coralita Bay and St Barts.
