Hmmmm. China wants to build a hotel and many apartments by Belair. China wants to build the tunnel and retain rights to fees for the construction of it. China wants to now build a conference center somewhere else. Maybe as part of their deal China can fix up and maintain the Mullet Property and Golf Course.

There was recent chatter on Facebook about the China folks purchasing the Mullett land. There didn't seem to be any substantiation for that rumor.

Belair and Divi folks will be watching for how all this evolves. The impact to Little Bay area looks like it may be a lot less than the original plan. As with so many things we can hope for the best and attempt to prepare for the worst.
