We have not stayed there but we did dinghy over on our trip last month. There is construction going on with several visible homes being built and a major beach project build up on the far shore. Lots of trucks and large equipment moving.

I don't believe there are going to be any guest accomodtions at Oil Nut. As I understand it the development is marketing super exclusivity with super high end owner villas only.
