here is a very simple recipe, perfect for a hectic weekday meal. it takes approximately 15minutes.

1) toss together chopped tomatoes, arugula, chopped kalamata, capers, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. let it sit for 10minutes.

2) cook pasta of choice to al dente.

3) combine marinated mixture with cooked pasta.

We had almost this exact same thing for dinner tonight! Spinach instead of arugula. Bowtie pasta, very yummy, nice light textures, nice strong flavors.
