As requested on the SXM Board:

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup green taco sauce
1/2 can shopped green chilies, drained
nacho chips

Combine cheeses. Put half of cheese mixture in pie plate or quiche dish that has been lightly buttered or sprayed with Pam. Whisk taco sauce and eggs together. Add chopped green chilies to egg/sauce mixture. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese in dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes @ 350. Serve warm with taco chips.

And you thought there would be chocolate in it??? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />

Interesting recipe. Does it turn out soft, like a dip, or do you need to spread it on the chips with a knife?

It's not a dip; the eggs & cheese firm up so you'll need knives...it's so easy and so yummy!
