This was our l3th cruise, all with RCCL, wouldn't consider another line because of their family values, decor and the open promenade areas, etc. We have only been on their smaller ships 3600 p and below in the past and whenever we discussed going on the Oasis we thought it would be to big and to many persons (5600 +, well anyway after reading many posts made on cruise critic.com and not one of them were negative we decided to give it try.

Our trip was on 2-26-20ll thru 3-5-20ll out of FLL on the Eastern Caribbean, which consisted of Nassau, ST Thomas and ST Maarten. The weather for the entire week was fabulous. Nassau we could care less about, ST Thomas one step above that, but ST Maarten of which is our favorite island was outstanding.

The ship itself is a destination from the very beginning after lunch in the Windjammer Buffet we decided to look around and see what the ship had to offer for the week. After an hour or more we knew then this was going to be an exciting week. All I can say is you have to see it to believe it and not one time during the week, including the last day did we ever feel it was to crowded or access to any elevators, etc.

Our room was #7584 ocean view balcony which was very accommodating to all of the activities on the ship, mostly all the main activities take place on decks 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

If anybody cares or have any question, pleas feel free to ask. Sincerely, Ron and Carla <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" />
