Someone just posted this link on FB. It shows the damage from Irma and you can zoom in/out and move around.

So I can see the swim buoys at The Baths and outside of a dirty pool it looks like the Top of Baths might be good to go?

The swim buoys made it. Mad Dog, not so much.

Thanks for the link, Kmon
Hard to tell from just the aerial view.
Looking at the remaining roofs, things
may be worse than 1st glance (hope like
heck I'm wrong). Tina's house appears
untouched but I know she had to abandon
it when the eye passed over. I think an indicator
might be the amount of debris that is scattered
about.
Mad Dog's definitely looks gone
Not to be a total downer, all will be happy to
know that Tina's dogs, Roxy and the Mighty Pearl are
reported safe. Pretty sure that also includes Mockie

Do you know how they got this area mapped and if other areas of the BVI are available to such detail?

This where the pics came from:
https://google.org/crisismap/2017-irma?hl=en&llbox=35.46,

Go to the Hurricane Irma box on the right. Click on "View all layers". Go to the bottom - "Hurricane Irma imagery". There are 5 BVI images available (but one looks like St Thomas). Click one and then "zoom to area", then zoom in on the pic. Unfortunately, they don't include most of Tortola

I see the sand in the area of the Crawl seems to be back where it belongs after the damage of the August flood. Did the hurricane do that or had that area already been restored?

I've been reading reports but it is helpful to see the satellite images. It appears my favorite cottage at Guavaberry is not in great shape. Here is hoping they can make a speedy recovery. Poor Mad dogs.
