Breakfast the same,
Down to Orient Beach and Orange Fever,
Lunch at Andy and Cheryl's... Donna had chicken fingers, I had Mussels a la Andy... nice large mussels today.
Dinner was at Le Cottage, gonna be hard to do this justice... We started with an Amuse Bouche vegetable tartar. I had the Caribbean lobster bisque en croute, mmmmmmmmmmm. For entrees, Donna had the tenderloin of beef served with fries and beef cheek. My entree was a "tasting of duck 5 ways" starting with a cone filled with a duck tartare topped with a Moroccan flavored foam; a "conolli" of duck foi gras wrapped in a smoked duck; on to a confit of preserved duck leg topped with a foam of potato (okay mashed potato?) and finishing with a grilled duck breast. Dessert was their signature chocolate mousse accompanied by a chocolate sorbet and chocolate macaroons. This meal approached perfection.
