I think you will see UA and others temporarily suspend service to St Thomas and St Maarten until mid Oct and reassess as the island rebounds. This is from a airline friend. The problem is not many if any hotels ready for guests. I heard also from a friend on the island that insurance and construction companies having hard time finding hotel rooms for there incoming staff.
