We have heard from the owner of the apartment we rented for January in Orient Bay. It is a unit in Plaza Orient Bay. The owner says: Accommodation has not suffered damage after the hurricane, you can easily keep your reservation. Is anyone else renting there and have you heard a similar story? WestJet has cancelled their flights, but thankfully we have already received a full refund. We will be booking air from another carrier. Based on what we have read here, we should be able to find beer and chairs at Club O.

DuxburyMA said: What do you do and where do you eat? The beaches are still there, no? For grilled red snapper you need a 55 gallon drum cut in half lengthwise, and some charcoal, in addition to the fish.
