Pretty sure the first video is NOT Mullet Bay St. Maarten. In fact there is a comment on the video saying it is not even filmed in St. Maarten.
The 2nd video is for sure Mullet Bay.

Agree absolutely. The first one is NOT Mullet and probably not even SXM, but the second video, the one Carol posted last, is definitely Mullet. So sad to see it like this. There is a Maho Bay on St John USVI. They drive on the wrong side on St John....maybe someone confused Maho and called it Mullet. It’s the only guess I can come up with and I know it’s quite a stretch.
