Perhaps I’m misreading your response but isn’t the Belair a hundred percent timeshare and all units two bedroom? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

Well, that's the case with any timeshare, but there are some resorts, like Royal Palm and Simpson Bay Resorts, that sold SOME units that are actually fully owned, 365 days out of the year.
