Anyone have any idea how things are currently on the East coast of Puerto Rico and the Spanish Virgin Islands for visiting and cruising by boat...?

Safe and enjoyable boating.

Puerto Del Ray Marina was spared. They had minimal damage. I know of some BVI boats currently being repaired there by Island Marine,Inc.

Culebra Property Rentals declared the island open for business. they have electricity and water. The Culebra Cruisers facebook page is a good resource for first-hand information.
