Where do you dock a private vessel at CA?
Separately, do you have to check into USVI if coming from PR / Culebra?

Thanks Sail44! Traveling from PR or Culebra to the USVI is fine no checking in is necessary they’re both US territories, although going back from the USVI to PR or Culebra requires a checking in with Customs due to the USVI being a free port.

He quietly acknowledged that only an estimated 25% of the STT and STJ day boats running to the BVI were legalling clearing back in at Charlotte Amalie. Wow. Don't try this on vacation!
