Looks like the north swells will be challenging this weekend!

Thank God, whoever she is, that we have most of our seawall rebuilt. Not sure how this will impact our two neighbours east of us in Little Apple who seem to be dragging their feet in that department. After Irma took our wall, waves and surge had started to get under the house. Desmond has the wall built to at least two thirds height so we should now be OK..

This year the Xmas winds are really howling.
With these winds and seas it’s going to make sailing a bit miserable along with most anchorages.
Good news is it should subside in about a week.

I was looking for a site that would show which beaches are Red Flagged. They used to do it here http://www.bviddm.com/beach-safety-red-flags-are-flying-at-10-beaches/

Red Flags at The Baths signal no dinghy arrivals, though you can still approach from land via Top of the Baths.

Caution- The link is to a page from Mar 11, 2016, which appears to be the last time it was updated. Anyone know if this information is available elsewhere realtime?
