What is the latest on clearing in and out of the BVI ?? Is West End an available option yet ??

West End C&I has been open for 2+ months (albeit just a tent) for clearing private vessels - not for STT ferries yet.

The latest is that the C&I officials are as unpleasant and unwelcoming as before the storms.
