Divi is VERY lucky and has made a wonderful hire. Anne Marie is a delight, very open and easy to talk to, and very good at getting answers and solving problems.
Next SXM visit -November 2023. Also January 2024.

From what I hear they are hoping for May to have a good portion ready. Keeping our fingers crossed.

More likely they are not accepting any new reservations right now, since they don't know how many rooms will be available, as opposed to 'totally booked', which to me seems to assume all rooms will be available. But I also read just recently a post that said that they will be closed until the end of the year!

We like staying there but we're glad we don't have "timeshare" so we 're not committed so we can mixed it up from year to year.

Do you remember where you saw the "end of year" comment, Carol? Everything I've read from Divi indicates a May opening. I'm hoping that's the case as I have reservations for my three weeks in June.

It was on Trip Advisor, I think. But that person may not know what they are talking about. Just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's true.

I remember seeing the "end of the year" comment somewhere but I think that was an estimate for the complete restoration for all of Divi. Like most SXM resorts, I think they will offer availability as sections are reconstructed. Belair, next store will open 2 of their 4 floors in mid March.
