On Tuesday, we drove to Chicago. Stayed overnight. Flew Spirit @ 5:40 AM yesterday through Ft. Lauderdale to STT...effortless and on time. Caught the 3:30 RT Fast Ferry to Roadtown. Stayed at Maria's. We enjoyed the pool and the air conditioning. Had Chicken Roti and Conch fritters at Pussers. Crashed before 10. Had a fantastic breakfast at the Road Town Bakery. Arrived TMM at 8:15 AM and left the dock by 11:15. Jacque checked us out. He plays flanker on the BVI rugby team and he is going to get a shirt for Dom. We motored to Salt Island and snorkeled the wreck of the Rhone. Great visibility! We motored around the point, anchored, swam ashore, walked around a little. Very quiet. The salt pond was very warm. We motored (no wind) to Cooper and picked up a ball. It was very hot and sunny. We took the dingy over to Cistern Pt. and snorkled around the rock. Great snorkeling! After showers, we enjoyed happy hour at the Cooper Island Beach Club. 2 for 1 drinks until 6 PM...and you can not order food until 6 PM. We decided to eat here. We had the Chicken Roti (better than Pusser's) and Conch fritters...not as good as Pussers. Back on the boat with Wi-Fi. There is a cooling breeze blowing. On a scale of 1 to 10, the crew rates today as an 11. We have set the bar pretty high. Six more days to go...
