We were moored in front of Ivan's for three nights on our Sunsail 38 this past February 23 to February 26. We bought dinner and lunch several times at Ivan's (in addition to Soggy and Hendos). To answer your question, our observation was that as soon as Ivan's closed, that campers moved in on their front porch until wee hours. Take from that what you will. Ivan's needs our support.
