There is a post on their Facebook page that says the marina, spa, store and Caravela is open.

Just called and the marina is open, no electricity on dock, pools still empty, no ETA given. Marine Max is using as base. Not sure if TTOL discount is availble. Call the toll free reservation number for more info or reservation. They are very responsive.
