Looks like it opened, as planned, on April 1st. I've seen some Facebook post of people at the bar and restaurant.

I got an E-Mail from them about 3 weeks ago and they stated they were open and looking forward to greeting us,
Cruising the local waters here in SC and GA. Love the BVIs and miss the Tradewinds!
