Has anyone been to this part of Mexico lately. If so did it seem safe to you. We will be going in June
and will fly into Cancun and take a shuttle down to Hidden Beach

We are here right now and drive our car to HBR once a month or so.

Relax.

We've driven around quite a bit in that area during the past year. Almost all of our trips have been during the day and we've found everything to be fine. We only dine out at night in Akumal because we don't feel like going far for dinner when we're on vacation.

We live near Playa and have no concerns. Let me know if you are still planning or have already visited?
