This is great progress!! Obviously it needed to be rebuilt and it was a horribly dated hotel. I hope they develop a property that is architecturally significant and can withstand future 5 hurricanes. Very intrigued to see what replaces it.

This is an opportunity for the owners to make it less crazy heading up the hill out of the top end of Philipsburg.
This is the the road to Divi and Belair. Won't get too optimistic but would be great if the access to hotel would be back a bit to give thru traffic some room.
