Ok, it appears to be a file one can download to their personal computer. I am guessing it will not open as random strangers should not be able to open a file on your computer, at least that is how this appears to me. Facebook LinkDownload the file if possible.

Guess you have to join the Facebook group to see it. Its an open group to join.

Guess you have to join the Facebook group to see it. Its an open group to join. That is not correct. Once I found the facebook site I could download the document and I am NOT a member of their group. I posted what should be a link to the facebook group and to document it there for downloading. Honestly, the document does not give a lot of new information.

I couldn't see it either. Try clicking on the facebook link I provided, from there you should be able to download the document.

Again, as JD said, click on the link in JD's post (NOT the one in the original post or Scubaman's follow up post) and you should be able to download the file. As far as the 'useful information', I didn't see a whole lot of useful information. My impression is that this probably was a slideshow accompanying a talk, which gave more specific info.
