Yesterday, took Resorts World Ferry over to Hilton in Bimini. Trammed over to Luna Beach.
Gorgeous beach. Incredible blue water.
Everything seemed closed there. We went to Luna Beach Restaurant for lunch and it was a disaster!
Host took order but never put it in.
We got watered down tea and were told that there was no sugar at the bar.
No food came out.
No wait person at our table. No service.
Walked out after an hour.
Had to take shuttle back to Hilton where TIDES restaurant was now closed.
Told to go to Casino for something to eat, casino was closed.
There was a cafe there where we had a great burger.
Never got to Alice Town.
Ferry back was not great. Staff from FRS that went for free, took all the good seats in Business Class.
We had to sit in regular seats even though we paid $30 extra for Business.
All in all, weird trip. Bimini was lovely, just wish we saw more of it.
Much miscommunication.

Wow, sounds like a waste of money. I'm sure, knowing you, that you didn't say a word to anyone to complain though. wink grin I'm betting someone's ears were burning!!!

You know me Carol, never complain! Right Pat?
Actually, already posted on TA. Did NOT say anything to staff on ferry. That would not have flown.
But did find that the management of Luna Beach was incredibly inefficient.
Wish I was running that place. Or Neil!
Gorgeous beach.
Gonna go back somehow. But would stay at Hilton, just for the rooms.
Not hang out there.
Cheers

OK. If you do go back, hope it's a much better trip!
