It reads that they will have the roof repaired and will have a contractor set for the job to be done after November 2018. I am sure there are a number of businesses doing the same thing. Wait for hurricane season to finish and then invest in and begin the reconstruction process. I am sure people are frightened that another cat 4/ 5 will come thru again in the next 5 months and that fear is definitely warranted.
